Coach Orlando “O” McCorvey

Coach Orlando “O” McCorvey spent last 2 years as an assistant girls coach at Blanche Ely HS. One season before that, Coach "O" was an assistant coach at ASA college in Miami. The 7 seasons before ASA he spent as the varsity boys’ basketball coach at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland. While at Douglas he won a District Championship and made an appearance in the Elite Eight in 2015, had four regional playoff appearances and two appearances in the Big 8, and compiled a record of 78-63. Before becoming the head coach at Douglas, Coach O served thee seasons as an assistant coach for the Men’s Broward College Seahawks and three years as an assistant at American Heritage Plantation with the Boy’s Variety Basketball team.
